I have just finished reading the book and watched tapes of the programmes over christmas. It would be great if the participants could occasionally fill us all in on how things are going now at The Rock (or has it moved?). I was beginning to feel quite attached to some of those guys and perhaps if the project still remains in the public eye somewhat, via this website, it will help with the great momentum that has built up.
Andreas, you sold me the last bag of produce at the Ludlow food festival - a huge, delicious butternut squash and a chilli plant which kept us in chillies for months! You all worked so hard at the festival, and watching the BBC2 programmes made me appreciate what it meant to you and the team to be there - you wanted it to go so well. Most people would find turning a field into a vegetable plot daunting but you have taken it on and used it to help strengthen your minds against addictions. I so admire what you have achieved and are still achieving. You never give up, you always have the strength from somewhere to remain positive. You are all thought of by so many, many people each day, as you can see from this website. None of you are on your own - keep going! Best wishes from North Wales, Georgina.
